I have ordered from RYMES OIL for many years. I requested a 250 gallon partial PHIL to take us to about August before we need to fill both tanks. For some reason only 205 gallons were delivered and no receipt was left in my door as is usually done. Right now I still have not received, a receipt showing that the fuel was delivered even though I requested an email receipt. Not sure what’s going on. Maybe new help 🥹🥹🥹

We needed an urgent propane delivery the day after the snow storm and power outtage on April 4th. The propane powers our generator and we were down to 20%. Called the customer service line and arranged delivery. Rymes Propane came through and we got our delivery before we ran out. Staff members and the driver were very courteous and professional.
