Overall a good service. The online tooling is not really very helpful. Try as I might it took quite while to decode my balance. Ordering a refill was a fairly long wait. Once I get to a human, all is great, butt he rest is not a 10.

I'm a brand new customer. On short notice, your guys came and switched my tanks from the previous owner, installed a new thermostat, and I was told I would be getting a $250 credit for being a new customer.
Your prices are lower than anyone else I called. I have already recommended your company to my sister who also purchased a mobile home last August. She is looking into changing from bot-l-gas to Rymes.
