From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming, kind, and always willing to help morning, noon and night! The facility itself is clean, and well-maintained. It’s more than a place to exercise. This is a place where families grow, friendships form, and the community comes together.

The welcoming staff helped guide us to the locker room and to the workout area. The machines provided feedback for us on how we were progressing with our exercise routine.
There is very nice equipment to choose from and I don't feel like people are judging me.

I came to the Y after losing a job and a membership at a different fitness club. It was a huge change and I was heartbroken. The y has welcomed me. The Lowell location is small but so incredibly nice. I wish it had a hot tub or sauna, but it's been a safe haven in this time of transition for my family.
I wish the Y as an organization would open up the hours for kidzone to all day hours. That 1-3pm timeframe is a big time killer as a parent and I would love to go then! I think letting their kidzone staff bring their kids with would be a huge way to get staff in door! I know that model can work, as I have lived it elsewhere. It create a loyalty you just can't buy.
The team at litehouse is warm, inviting and kind and the kid zone staff know my kids already and it feels like home.
An outdoor pool somewhere would be awesome!

Need to replace shower curtain to full length in one of the accessible bathrooms. Also add another shower curtain in the accessible shower inside ladies room. Current one does not give full privacy.
The staff are warm and helpful The building is clean and well maintained. The classes are great and the instructors are welcoming. It’s a very welcoming environment. I’m so thankful it’s here in Lowell.
