I love the fitness for life classes but for the last few weeks the temperature in the studio has been too warm. Is there a way to make the temperature the same as the main workout room?

ALL STAFF SO FRIENDLY!!! We have been Y members over the past 30 years. Have recently started going back the Lowell branch It is truly like "family" there. From the Front desk when you are warmly welcomed, to the lovely day care. My grandson loves his friends there. I feel I'm part of a club. Assistance is always available to answer questions and assist you. So glad we are BACK! Jim and Suki Fleet

My wife and I joined our local YMCA in Lowell a few weeks ago and we couldn't have been more excited! Joining a gym was something we always talked about but something about joining any sort of gym felt intimidating. Not the case at all at the Y in Lowell. That vibe has always been super friendly. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. Working out at times in the past has felt like a chore, but here I look forward to it. Keep doing what you are doing! I know we are new to this game, but if we had to make one request at this time, would be to get a rowing machine(s). We would love to add that to our workout. Thanks again for adding us to your family!!!

Clean facility and kind staff
I loved it when the L-shaped seating area faced the ambient fireplace and the coffee, for a more private and quiet area to chat or rest after a class, where you didn’t have people looking at you when entering the building and not have to be looking at the back of the staff computer. A very awkward furniture arrangement. Other people have mentioned the same thing.

I enjoy going to the Litehouse YMCA, it is a very friendly and clean place, and enjoy the people there, I also recommend the Y to my friends

Love the facility. The only issue is the lack of air conditioning in the locker rooms. Until that can be resolved, fans could be provided to move the air around. It's very uncomfortable after a shower.

I do know that you are losing older adults due to the classes being to tough for them so, it would be great to add some for older adults or those with disabilities.
