The offering of a week long guest pass is a great benefit to me, as someone who does not live in Grand Rapids but is visiting 6 weeks out of the year with family living there. The only suggestion with this is maybe generating a temporary membership card in these instances to quickly scan in, versus needing to be looked up in the system each time

The showers could be cleaned more often and better and the soap dispensers could be filled more regularly.

We like the smiles everytime we walk into the YMCA. We like Grandville YMCA, due to its ease of parking. We enjoy feeling stronger from swimming once a week!! We especially enjoy the conversations at the Y :) Thank You!!
