Negative:
Before school out, the family pool.was closed from 1pm to 4pm. every day.
We were told we could use the lap pool, but it is way too cold.
Hopefully this does not happen this fall?
Also, we miss having the towels that used to be provided. It was so kich nicer not to have to pack and then haul wet towels home.
It's very quiet and clean. Wish you can add more classes in the evening for the people that get out of work later

Already have told others about it and highly recommended they go there. Great atmosphere, lots of good work out equipment plus the pool is great. Workers are always welcoming and helpful!!

Good availability of equipment
Morning/first class you can get in pool early to let young child get adapted. Smaller group, interactive instructors, clean family rooms, and would take classes again.
Everything in one place! Gym, courts, pool, hot tub, sauna, classes. All of the instructors are really nice and knowledgeable. Nice environment. Front desk staff is always very helpful ;)

I really like the pool area! Two pools and two hot tubs! And one pool is nicely heated
I’m a 2 month member. My initial thoughts.
1. Friendly greeters at the desk when you check in.
2. On the floor coaches are knowledgeable.
3. Facilities are well maintained.
4. Appreciate the wide range of equipment.
I wish you would offer open pickleball too very beginners only
Everyone is so helpful and friendly. When doing something new and being clumsy there is never judgement only encouragement. I cannot say enough good about the instructors I have had!
Family friendly and clean!
Staff has been very nice. My granddaughter's swimming teacher Courtney has been very patient and thorough with her.

I’m really grateful for the YMCA. I go there for swimming and exercise. I just swim and steam bath and sauna I’m 78. It seems to be very helpful to me healthwise everyone is very friendly places immaculately clean. I appreciate it very much thank you Walter. Bundy.
Carole’s craft classes are fun and creative. Always have a great experience and able to meet some new people.
The equipment is nice & well maintained.
The staff are all friendly. The pools are always at a good temp. The hot tub is always hot and always open. I live by Spartan YMCA and all 3 times I was there the hot tub was closed
The pool is rarely closed(except for cleaning in Aug.) The workers are all very friendly! I love the lap pool! Hot tubs are clean! Have not tried exercise equipment yet but I think it is worth trying!
the locker rooms are all ways clean - the pool is perfect for me to exercise in - (bad knees) and the wife and I can enjoy the pool / hot tub together! OOoo the spin dryer in the Handicap zone needs repair! :(
Everything!!! Your people that you hire are the best. They help if you need it,
they welcome you into the Y and are always pleasant. Never need to worry about
not being able to ask any questions. There is always someone that knows what
you need to know. Thanks for hiring a great team!!
The friendliness of the staff and members, the cleanliness of the facility, coffee provided and tables with chairs to sit down, public transportation directly across the street.
My favorite class is the water aerobics. Tammy is a fantastic teacher!
Everybody at the YMCA in Granville is so helpful and answers numerous questions that I had before joining. I'm enjoying the facilities that they offer to use and nice clean locking rooms
I like that it is a smaller club, easy parking, friendly staff, great group fitness class options, and great location.
