Always very clean and treadmill and other equipment maintained well. Please keep up this excellent maintenance of the facilities at Wolverine YMCA. Also, I always get a friendly greeting by staff at front desk when entering and leaving. This small gesture truly makes for a very welcoming atmosphere for the entire facility.

The wide variety of ways to work out, treadmills, classes, pickleball, etc. The facility is consistently clean and comfortable. There is rarely a wait to use the equipment.

The Y has everything to offer just about everyone.
While the YMCA network around Grand Rapids has great facilities, we go to the Wolverine Worldwide YMCA most often. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. I have a special needs son, Johnny Agar, who works out their regularly and the facilities and people are very accommodating for those with special needs. The facilities are kept up-to-date with any repairs being done quickly and cleanliness is clearly a priority as the place always looks great! The bike studio has state-of-the-art spin bikes and large TV monitors to make the most of the technology for the bike classes to be very enjoyable. The pool is always very clean and order is maintained really well even with large groups of people in the pool. I don't know all the instructors, but related to the ones I attend the most, they are extremely focused on helping everyone in the class make improvements. They are very dedicated to the YMCA. Every effort needs to be made to identify and retain those great instructors! You will see people of all ages and all shapes and sizes working out at the Wolverine YMCA. It is a great location for people who work out every day but is also very welcoming for those just getting started on, or returning to, their fitness journey.

I like the classes a lot - they are full of energy and make working out less intimidating because you don't need to know what to do since they tell you exactly what to do when.
The Wolverine Worldwide YMCA sets the bar for customer support, cleanliness, functioning machines. The only complaint I could possibly have as I do not live close enough to this location and obviously that’s not the Y’s fault.
The staff is usually friendly and helpful. I use the Kid Zone and the staff is kind and caring. The woman’s locker room is a usually clean. I enjoy having lockers to use. The walking track is clean and the people using it are usually friendly. I enjoy being able to walk and watch events in the gym area makes walking fun. The other equipment is usually clean too. The YMCA is a great family activity.
Always enjoyed working out at the Wolverine World Wide location. Facility is very nice, staff is great, and always able to use any and all equipment that I want to.
