We learned that we could now join the Spartan Nash YMCA. I recently had surgery and I wanted to get exercise. It has been such a blessing to come and walk 1 1/2 to 2 miles - 5 times each week. I hope to use other equipment in the future but I am waiting for my PT to recommend which ones would be beneficial for me. Thanks for the privilege to be part of this wonderful place of exercising and working out. I have already met many people who are becoming friends.

Facility is clean and people are very friendly. One item is some of the cable machines are pretty worn out and in disrepair at times.

I love the group fitness classes! Body Pump is my favorite. I appreciate the different times available and the instructors are great.
I love it ...Soo fun ...going swimming and working out on the machines as well as it's a good place to really kick your butt to get in shape

This YMCA is so clean, and I love that the Sauna is Co-ed so that my husband and I can go together and I dont have to be all alone. I thought the staff who signed my guest in was welcoming and made sure everything in the system was updated properly. I look forward to bringing my sister-in law and her kids here as the pool is clearly very child friendly.

Love the pools, sauna and whirl pool.
Participants are courteous and friendly.
We enjoy the variety of activities available. The weights, the machines and the classes. We have also met some very nice people there.
