The staff are all so friendly and helpful! Also, great value for what you are paying - I love that pool access, classes, and gym space are all included in the flat member rate.
Friendliness of staff and members, variety of programs offered
The staff is so helpful. We use the pool a lot as a family in the lifeguards are incredible and kind and do an excellent job keeping people safe. The locker rooms are always clean.
Very professional, there’s more than enough machines available. Family oriented is most important also feels safe .
We really appreciate that the Ted Rasberry Baseball program is free making it a great option for our kids!

We love the Ted Raspberry league. The equipment provided is generous, and the practices are organized and well led.
We love the Kids Zone staff, extensive hours, and friendly atmosphere. The cell phone use in locker rooms could be enforced more often, but I understand this is hard to track.
Great overall! Just two comments on upgrades I would love to see:
1. Small set of lockers on second floor to get to quickly and store stuff during classes.
2. Repainting the arrows in the parking lot. The rows are narrow and if you get a car going the wrong direction it makes it tough to get through.
Keep the variety of classes coming during early morning, evening and weekends. I know it’s hard to get instructors, but more balance classes and grit would be great.

We have been attending DDH Y for several years! All of the employees are always welcoming and have continued to support our needs and provide services in a wide range of activities.

David Does a great job with the body balance, he goes at a good pace with a structure that is great for beginners and advanced alike. His routine focuses on the whole body, the experience flows smoothly as he aligns what we are doing to the music and cracks jokes that bring out a chuckle here or there. He is by far our favorite yoga instructor to go to visit him each chance we get, thank you David!
Rodney is awesome at the front desk so personal and friendly. Knows many of us YMCA regulars by name and always has a smile on his face. Also, heard he was excellent youth basketball referee in his younger days.
Staff very courteous, professional and helpful. Facility is always kept clean and fresh. Hours are very accommodating.

For starters, the cost- aka, the lack of one. It allowed my son to be able to play baseball this year. I also like the overall morale. The coaches cheer on the kids and the kids cheer each other on too. I love that it's just a bunch of GR area kids who come together and want to play some baseball, and that shows in how they play.

I really like the diversity. There are all different types of people and it makes me feel comfortable. Also, I love that it's family friendly.
