We've had great experiences at the DDH YMCA and the programs we have had our children involved in. Joel and Cam are two of our ALL time favorite basketball coaches when the kids where younger!
I love the classes offered and the pools at the David D. Hunting YMCA. Every employee is very kind and the facility is always clean. That said, I wish we had barre classes and a better parking situation. Overall though, I love my YMCA!
Rodney makes the whole visit! Jess and Kathy’s spin class is awesome.
People that work at the Y are very supportive, kind. It is very clean in the locker rooms, and in the overall facility. I feel safe. A person can create their own exercise routine because of the various options a person to utilize. Sorry to see the parking lot being taken away by local government, where I understand they own the lot. Still not a good decision to take away from one business to meet their needs in building a stadium so close - their mission on density creation
The parking lot sucks. The spaces are so small and tight that your car is very susceptible to door dings and mystery dents. There is never enough spaces and now we are losing 1/3 of it. I purposely avoid going down there just because of the parking situation.

The coaches were so great with the kids. 4-5 year olds are especially difficult but we have seen progress in coordination and basic skills during this time! Crazy what one hour a week does!
I did not have access when I tried to enter the parking lot, a member was very helpful and keep me in with his membership number. There were no questions asked when I went to the desk, they rectified my situation immediately and stated there was an error, I did not have parking lot access indicated on my card. It was immediately fixed was no questions asked and all were very friendly!
Customer service is great, the facility is clean and they make sure your needs are mat. I also meet great people along the way.

I like the vibe, the location and the resistance equipment. I don’t like the location and having to go up to the third floor when I arrive to do my workouts. Hopefully with the sky bridge to parking, two of those will be eliminated. When that happens I hope you will put more lockers on the third floor. Thank you for asking.
Please please come to the YMCA downtown. It's wonderful and a place of community.

Almost every thing I enjoy the worlour equipment the swimming pool the showers' are clean the lockers are very good, I don' know of any thing I dislike about the Y, except ==why is the y called the Y??

This place has changed our family for the better. We all enjoy it, and there are so many things to do! If you have kids that make it challenging to work out, the Kidzone is a game changer and worth the monthly fee alone, in my opinion. The Kidzone staff are fantastic and so kind. My 18m son had a hard time the first month or so we were going consistently but has since gotten very comfortable with everyone. I love all the classes and the pool. I'm a lifelong member from now on!
