The Mary Free Bed YMCA is always clean and well kept up. I love the group fitness classes and the instructors. Cassi Hofmann is absolutely wonderful and the main reason I continue to keep my membership at the Y!
The facility is always clean and bright. Everything seems very well organized and up to date. If there’s an opportunity to add a steam room in the future, that would literally be the only request I would have. Great job on creating a clean, inviting experience for your members!
I find the group fitness -- yoga, pilates, and drumming -- to be fun as well as useful. The instructors are superb, and offer modifications when needed.
We like the programs the facility has to offer, the cleanliness of the facilities and the variety of equipment. We think the are a lot of great options with a reasonable membership fee for the family.

We came for the Parkinson's ballet class and hope you will offer more group exercise classes targeted to the needs of this group. We also like the track and hope to use it a lot throughout the winter months. Is there a possibility of a Nordic walking program?
