There are a lot of different activities to do to keep up with fitness. The people there are friendly to work with.

Staff is friendly and helpful. It's busy but you can always get a machine you need or a lane in the pool with minimal wait.

Love the set up and the equipment. Staff is very helpful when I started to try new equipment. However I’ve done orange theory for a year, no ringworm. I use my at home gym, no ring worm. I started coming to the y for a week and I get ringworm on my neck from the calf raise machine. Now I’ve been treating for over three weeks and most likely will need an oral therapy next. I wipe before and after all my sets, however I watch everyday at an alarming rate the amount of people of ALL ages move from equipment to equipment without wiping whatsoever. Very unsanitary and I hope you work to enforce this more into the new year
Diversity and number of classes offered
The coaching/instruction was fantastic! My son had to miss the last week because he was sick, but I feel like he really improved and got excited about playing in those two classes. He's really looking forward to playing on a team in January!
The instructor ratio to kids was very good and it was tailored well to each child’s level of experience.
Drew and Andrea were great basketball coaches for my son. They made the program fun for kids 6-8 years old so my son had a blast learning new skills.
There’s a great variety of classes, cardio machines and an indoor track. And the gym is always clean and well run.
