I am on the prepaid plan with auto delivery ... which I love. (Most of the time!) Also when there is a problem and I have to call, the staff member who handles my phone call is always very helpful, in addition to be being very personable. I appreciate dealing with staff members who are not working from a script but relating to me as a valued customer.

I ordered gas you delivered gas. Everything is fine.
I find service is good and dependable however it makes no senxe to me that they only fill one of the tanks on my orioerty and have to return a few days later to fill the other tank. Both tanks can be filled on one visit without having to move the truck an in ?!?

Setting up a new account with Osterman/Superior Plus Propane was supposed to be quick and easy. Then the Accounting Dept complicated the transition to a new account.
I voiced a complaint to Lisa in Customer Service. She recruited Ray, the District Manager, to weigh in on the problem. Both of them took my issue to senior management, and a resolution was quickly found. Without Lisa and Ray, I would have found another propane supplier. They proved to me that, in fact, Osterman/Superior Propane does have a soul and is aware that their customers are human.
I also want to offer a shout-out about Christian, the leak detection serviceman, who was my first contact with Superior Plus Propane. He was great and taught me a lot about tanks and the pressure regulation of propane. He quickly noted the main stem entering our old tank was heavily corroded. He entertained me with his 'frog spit' technique of verifying the leak. He's the kind of guy who knows his job inside out. He checked the line from the tank to the house and the secondary pressure regulator. In essence, he said, you can't let the discovery of a leak at the tank give you false confidence that the 'found' leak was the only leak. He checked everything. Thanks to the help of multiple departments, I'm staying with Superior Plus Propane.
