The woman with home I spoke about having only 10% in the tank was so very nice. She listened and helped to correct the situation quickly. The driver delivered the propane today to fill our tank. So very thankful for her help.

It would be reliable to have paper invoice in a mailbox like you did before. E-mail is sent only to one person, it can be easily missed, or placed int Junk. With paper invoice somebody from household will see it for sure.
