Setting up the account was easy, the old tank was removed and the 2 new tanks put in place neatly by Jeff. The pilots were relit, a propane fillup came within 2 days, as promised, proper permits were filled out by the company, there was a fire department inspection yesterday.

Very prompt service for delivering gas.
On the other hand, overpaying $2 for each gallon for a full year, as an existing customer, because Osterman did not send a note about having fixed rates available was very disappointing and cost us at least $600 for the season.
