(My shared driveway is almost a tenth mile long, and curvy…delivery driver required to back down the entire length as there is no “turn around”…I’ve watched them numerous times and they master that back up phenomenally well. UPS, FedEx, Amazon and USPS? They have a tough time doing it forward! My most recent delivery man….Tom…incredibly friendly ….answered all my concerns….agin. Professional and personable. Speaks highly of the company!

Tank delivery driver was great and I helped him with a tough delivery !! The gas delivery person went above and beyond to fill the tanks !!The driveway was blocked and he dragged the hose through the brush to get to the tanks. The person who helped me with the app set was also great, I think it was Melissa !! All in all I m very 😊 happy the way things went !!

On the other hand, overpaying $2 for each gallon for a full year, as an existing customer, because Osterman did not send a note about having fixed rates available was very disappointing and cost us at least $600 for the season.

Propane filled shortly after calling to be filled. Driver was very kind and found our address with no issues which many people struggle with. Pleasant and easy experience with Osterman propane!
