! My propane tanks arrived on the day they said they would.
2. It was raining and the tech didn't cancel and arrived in the time window that I was provided.
3. The staff, my tech set 3 tanks in the rain and could not have been kinder or more professional (Thank you Nick, you are an awesome human being!).
4. Nick took the time to turn on my furnace, make sure it was running properly as well as the space heater that I had.
5. Melissa and Tiffany both let me know what to expect with clear communication and professionalism.
6. I had some difficulty with the online account registration and when I provided my feedback to Hollie Avery she looked into solutions and as a result improved the customer experience for me.
