The gentleman who delivered my propane was extremely pleasant and professional. However I was asked to be home so that a leak test could be done. There was no leak test performed but my account was charged for one.

During a major wind storm my generator ran dangerously low on propane. Donna quickly determined what I had left for runtime based on the percentage in the tank and size of generator. She made sure a delivery was made in a timely manner..... THANKS DONNA, YOU ROCK!

My tanks are monitored by Osterman which makes it easy and convenient. I love the automatic delivery when my tanks are low. Otherwise, I would probably run out of propane because I am terrible at monitoring my tanks.
