Osterman has been around for ages and I was always confident in their company when I had a home in another town. But a few years back I was upset with them when they frequently allowed my tanks to run too low before a fill up in the winter months. Thiswrecked havock with my furnance and range. It was during the time when the company was transitioning and I thought I may have too look elsewhere for my fuel. Wel, this year, to my surprise, my gas was delivered on time before a cold snap. My delivery woman is very pleasant and efficient. She has earned my trust once again. Keep up the good work!

Price has gotten a bit high, but so has gasoline. When I was young, before self serve, I pumped gas. It was 3.2 gal for $1.

Representatives were very understanding of our need for propane for generator due to power outages from storm.
Also, the person that delivered the propane was extremely helpful in discussing how much propane our generator uses when running. Very nice person.
The phone operator was friendly and efficient and the driver equally pleasant to work with. All in all very smopoth and efficient.
