When the guys came out to look at and change out our propane tank, they were pleasant, polite, informative and answered our questions and did a great job. They also made sure we could re-light the pilot. Great job all around!!!
do not like that every time it is filled I get an extra service charge ~$11.00 for what? Believe the amount being filled seem to be less than 30gal, thus repeated trips. Thought the unit/tank had a sensor to indicate amount left resulting in coming out when make it cost effective- or remove the extra charge ($11.00) when less that 30gals is filled.
The employees at Osterman are incredibly helpful and prompt with their replies and they'll do whatever possible to help me in a timely manner. Great service overall!

Everything is good. Just one thing, I have contacted osterman many times and someone will contact me for a visit to give me an estimate on oil to propane conversion. So far no luck, its been 5 months now.
