The quality of the customer service depends on whom you have on the other end of the phone. The office in Rindge is by far the best with customer service.

Our oil spill July 19 from the service technician was handled quickly & efficiently & I can not say enough great things about the service manager, Nate, whom acted immediately to have this resolved!
