Your service technician I feel went over and above, it was not an easy install, and on top of it, it started raining. But he did the installation completely tested everything to make sure we were safe, took the time to explain the installation when I asked questions It’s so hard to find professional people these days that really know there craft. If you have an employee of the year award in my opinion he has earned it.
