It was very clean, the staff was friendly, the pool area was excellent, and the parking was easy.
Swimming pool and locker room (all that I use) are well maintained. Wish there were longer pool hours particularly on weekends.
The facility was neat and clean, the staff were friendly, and the steam, sauna and hot tub units were all operating well. I also enjoyed the pool lap lanes, and shooting some hoops. Great place that I will visit again.

The facilities are very up to date, the environment is spacious and light-filled. I like the way the machines are arranged around the perimeter, so that you are not in a room looking at everyone else on machines. The ellipticals and treadmills are also new, with video screens, not to mention all the monitors on the wall. The pool looks very clean and inviting, though I'm not a swimmer. The locker room is always clean, and the staff is very friendly.

The staff are very friendly, the building and equipment is very modern, and the location is great. I rated as a 9/10 rather than a 10/10, because I believe the facility is not being kept as clean and maintained as well as it should be. For a new building, it is already showing more wear and tear than I believe one should reasonable expect.
The staff have been so friendly and understanding. Made me feel comfortable and like I have been a member for a long time on my very first day.
So far, it has been a comfortable and welcoming experience from both the staff and other patrons. The staff is quick to answer any questions you have to the best of their knowledge and help getting newcomers, like myself, situated. Anxiety was the first feeling I felt upon beginning to attend a gym again, but the relaxed and friendly atmosphere of the building helps ease that anxiety everytime I visit. There are still many things offered that I have yet to try but I know through their knowledgeable team and friendly staff that it'll be a breeze to do so.

It’s hardly overly busy if a piece of equipment is out of order, it rarely stays like that past 24 hours. I’ve only had positive experiences with all the staff!

Clean and friendly. The classes I've taken are challenging.
I really enjoyed going to two different body combat classes! Both were 55 minutes and the instructors were awesome! High energy and giving several accommodations for each track depending on the level. The mic sometimes makes it hard to understand and when one instructor didn't use the mic for a track it was way easier to understand each change. But with the instructing using the mic added to the music, it's difficult to hear the beat. But I'm a music teacher so I HAVE to be on the beat haha
