We had a great time at the Kirk Family YMCA our last visit. We brought our two kiddos (2 years old and 8 months old) to the Kid Zone for the first time and the staff there was absolutely wonderful. They took time to make sure our kids felt welcome and good before we left. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

The facility and equipment are great, staff is friendly. I would like to see the basketball court cleaned more thoroughly and longer opening hours. Weekend hours in particular are too short.

There is a concern, however. At NKC YMCA, they have a stretching chair which I rely on to stretch my quads safely. I'm older and pretty stiff. I wish you had a stretching chair too. I can't see any way to safely use any equipment there to do what I need.
I like The layout and being able to use the private workout rooms if available.
The equipment is new and well maintained. The desk people are always friendly. There are a variety of classes and the instructors are great. I love the Y!

Love the warm activity pool and the fact that the pool depth is great for practicing with emerging swimmers. Life guards do a great job paying attention and enforcing rules but doing so in a kind manner.
Clean facility, VERY friendly staff. Lap pool is kept in impeccable shape.

We love the Kirk Family Y. We love the staff, the trainers and the lovely facility its self! Such a great environment to workout in, if I had the time I’d even sit down with a book. 10/10 would recommend!

I am training with Brynn. She is fantastic!. She uses her expertise to craft a custom workout. Her assessment of my movements and body type enables me to go further with more definition. I have definitely seen improvements in the muscle areas that were the weakest.
