I purchased an expensive Trek bike with their help and recommendation. I am extremely happy. I go there now for service every six months and they do a great job.

I’ve come to appreciate the quality of products produced by Trek and Bontrager. But honestly, if the employees weren’t as they are, I would have never built and own a Trek. The employee are incredible. It’s clear Trek isn’t like other bike companies (and I’ve owned quite a few of the best). Trek is proud of their product. No hard sales. Just fun bike talk that eventually becomes bike purchase and Trek family.
