I love this store. Every single time I come into the store no matter the reason, the staff is prompt in greeting me. If my issue isn't too time consuming, they will stop what they're doing to fix or adjust whatever seems to be my issue.

It's all about the service. You won't get this kind of service at a big box store... Highly recommended for all your bicycle needs...Big or small...

every time I go in I'm treated like family. they always greet me when I walk in and if they are busy will say will be right with you. if they don't have something in stock they will have it in a couple days very rare happened once in the 3 yrs I have been going here. I just bought my electric bike from Jeremy and he walked me through the process from beginning to end. Thank you
