The sales associates were very helpful with us making a choice.
I had a Cannondale Jeckyl mountain bike that needed a rear shock repaired.
Long story short, I gave the bike to another bike store where they told me they probably could not fix or replace the shock and that, after spending almost $10,0000 on the bike, I would have to THROW IT AWAY and buy a NEW one!
That being said, I dropped the bike off there where they kept it for a month only to have ME contact THEM to find out they could do NOTHING!
After picking up the bike I decided to call "Trek Bicycle Store" where I spoke to Giacomo.
I told Giacomo the bike type and he told me he would "call me right back".
15 minutes later Giacomo called me and said he could do something to get it fixed!
Fast forward about 3 weeks it is fixed and working like a charm!
Giacomo was friendly and knowledgeable just like the ENTIRE staff there!
Bottom line?
Trek Bicycle Store did what I KNEW could be done if I got in contact with the right people!
Trek Bicycle Store IS the RIGHT PLACE and the RIGHT PEOPLE and I HIGHLY recommend them ! !

We came in to look at some kids bikes and were sold on trek almost immediately based on the location and staff. We came in for two 24” kids bikes and were welcomed by informed and courteous staff. We were stuck between a “guardian” bike online and the trek, but with Shimano gears / brakes, an aluminum frame, local store, service and option to trade-in when they grow out of the bikes; we were sold. So much so I’ll have to save up and perhaps get myself an upgrade too! All the staff were super passionate about biking, welcoming and patient. We will be back again, and again.
Service is the best they don’t try to oversell to you. They tell you what is wrong and if they find something else they call you and advise you what it is. They have a great selection of accessories and bikes. Giacomo the repair guy is great. He always treats me with fairness and kindness as if I’m family when I walk in calls me by name. Thank you

And they were able to transport the ideal bikes for us from another one of their stores really quickly, which was very helpful too as they were a surprise gift for my husband
I always have great service on my bicycle. Giacamo is a great mechanic. I trust him in servicing my bicycle and changing out my tires. He even helped me change the cleats on my shoes when I could not remove the screws from my old cleats. I would not take my bike anywhere else!

My first visit to this TREK store, I live closer to the Sunrise/US1 store in Fort Lauderdale, but visited the Pompano
Beach TREK store with the guidance that servicing my TREK FX S4 could be completed with in a week instead of 3 weeks.
That was the case as Store manager/owner Giacomo Gamble. All good, it was a $500+ overhaul on a bike with more than 10,000 miles since the last major service. It was completed within the expected time (and the front bearing assembly was not in stock), and with brake pad in store discount. I am back on the road, the FX S4 is feeling good again. I am. off to north Florida soon to ride some rails to trails pathways!
Employee & owner was friendly and knew the product Trek bicycle. They explained the differences of each bicycle & let me test ride to help me make a decision.
