I brought my old bike to be tuned up and it rides much better. They did a good job cleaning and lubricating the chain, adjusted the gears, and replaced the break pads. They were courteous and helpful.

I had been planning on purchasing an Electra Townie Go! For several months. We were on a trip visiting the southern coasts of Florida and we spotted this Trek shop. We went on July 17th 2025 and were met by Jeremy. I told him what I was looking for and what I had already looked at and researched. He dispelled some statements that others had told me and was extremely knowledgeable about the bikes. I test drove the Townie Go! S which I loved more than the 5i that I had been looking at. I felt he answered all questions and didn’t just try to sell me a bike. He also arranged to have the bike shipped to our house in Key West since we were still on our trip and did not have a return date back to the keys. I was thoroughly satisfied with the service at this shop.
