I recently moved to South Florida from NYC and have been to several bike shops trying to find where to service my bikes. It was Trek Bikes at Pompano Beach where I had found the perfect place. Upon entering, I was welcomed right away and knew at that moment this experience would be different. Jeremy and his team went above and beyond helping me build my Domane RSL frame. Not only did his team make it happen, but their customer service was amazing. Thank you Jeremy and team for this wonderful experience! You will definitely see me again soon!

The friendly service is what attracted me to come back. No matter how many times I've come into the shop, they're always welcoming. Answering any questions without hesitation. I came into the shop yesterday with a flat tire. They explained what was wrong, why it happened and had me pedaling away within 20 minutes.

Store hours and location are convenient for me, and I needed a new bike pronto when my old Schwinn quit. When I walked in on March 2nd, Jeremy was running a store errand, so it was just Ronnie and me. Although Ronnie does the bike service and repair work, he was so gracious in helping me try out a new bike. He even made some minor tweaks to the seat and handlebars, and allowed me to test ride it in the parking lot. I loved it and decided to buy it. Asked if he could get it road-ready for me and he did. When Jeremy returned, he added a water bottle holder to the bike after we looked at several options, placed it in my trunk and helped me secure it with my bungee cords. The Trek Townie is lightweight (aluminum) so I was able to get it out of my trunk at home and start to enjoy it immediately.

WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Ronnie could easily have lost my business because I woluldn't have waited for Jeremy to return -- so even though Ronnie is not a sales guy, he stepped up to the job for me. In closing the transaction, Jeremy was very reassuring about helping me with future services such as flat tire repair. I am so grateful for their help and I feel like they will be there to help me going forward. FIVE STARS FOR TREK POMPANO BEACH, FOR RONNIE, AND FOR JEREMY!

Took my bike in for a tune-up. Bike needed it bad, as it had been over 2000 miles. They did a great job with the tune up and changed out rear break pads. Washed bike , looks new, rides like it’s new ! Thanks!
