I recently moved to South Florida from NYC and have been to several bike shops trying to find where to service my bikes. It was Trek Bikes at Pompano Beach where I had found the perfect place. Upon entering, I was welcomed right away and knew at that moment this experience would be different. Jeremy and his team went above and beyond helping me build my Domane RSL frame. The friendly service is what attracted me to come back. No matter how many times I've come into the shop, they're always welcoming. Answering any questions without hesitation. I came into the shop yesterday with a flat tire. They explained what was wrong, why it happened and had me pedaling away within 20 minutes.
