Store hours and location are convenient for me, and I needed a new bike pronto when my old Schwinn quit. When I walked in on March 2nd, Jeremy was running a store errand, so it was just Ronnie and me. Although Ronnie does the bike service and repair work, he was so gracious in helping me try out a new bike. He even made some minor tweaks to the seat and handlebars, and allowed me to test ride it in the parking lot. I loved it and decided to buy it. Asked if he could get it road-ready for me and he did. When Jeremy returned, he added a water bottle holder to the bike after we looked at several options, placed it in my trunk and helped me secure it with my bungee cords. The Trek Townie is lightweight (aluminum) so I was able to get it out of my trunk at home and start to enjoy it immediately.

WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Ronnie could easily have lost my business because I woluldn't have waited for Jeremy to return -- so even though Ronnie is not a sales guy, he stepped up to the job for me. In closing the transaction, Jeremy was very reassuring about helping me with future services such as flat tire repair. I am so grateful for their help and I feel like they will be there to help me going forward. FIVE STARS FOR TREK POMPANO BEACH, FOR RONNIE, AND FOR JEREMY!

Took my bike in for a tune-up. Bike needed it bad, as it had been over 2000 miles. They did a great job with the tune up and changed out rear break pads. Washed bike , looks new, rides like it’s new ! Thanks!
