I purchased a multi-year warranty on an ebike that includes free annual tune ups. I scheduled mine to be done while I waited. They took me right away, tuned up my bike, and made it look and feel like new again. Both the mechanic and sales person in the store were terrific.

Purchased a trek in 2023 . Bought lifetime flat tire fix.Had a leak in back tire and slow leak in front just recently.Took it to Pompano location where I purchased it . They replaced both tubes in 20 minutes and away I went .thank you

The product is excellent. I been a customer approximately 10 years. I own a TREK bike and love it.

I brought my old bike to be tuned up and it rides much better. They did a good job cleaning and lubricating the chain, adjusted the gears, and replaced the break pads. They were courteous and helpful.

The whole crew at the pompano beach store are very helpful and treat you like family not just a customer or a number. Always very pleasant. Thank you for all your help.

My experience is that Trek, as a whole, looks to provide their customers with great service, value and guidance for the life of their product.

I had been planning on purchasing an Electra Townie Go! For several months. We were on a trip visiting the southern coasts of Florida and we spotted this Trek shop. We went on July 17th 2025 and were met by Jeremy. I told him what I was looking for and what I had already looked at and researched. He dispelled some statements that others had told me and was extremely knowledgeable about the bikes. I test drove the Townie Go! S which I loved more than the 5i that I had been looking at. I felt he answered all questions and didn’t just try to sell me a bike. He also arranged to have the bike shipped to our house in Key West since we were still on our trip and did not have a return date back to the keys. I was thoroughly satisfied with the service at this shop.
