Child watch, friendly staff, access to turf, fitness classes and instructors
What a great place for any age. I particulary like to see all the young people from the littlest athletes to the HS students. It's a safe place that promotes the best values. At near 79, I have made a number of gym "friends" who have become important parts of my life. and the staff is terriffic

The group exercise with Elena is amazing. She is an excellent instructor and motivator.
There is one issue Inhave and that is the condition of the turf the classes are conducted on. They are filthy and never vacuumed.

I have been associated with the "Y" since 1955 as a: member learning how to swim, life guard, day camp consular, and swimming instructor. Now I encourage my grand kids leverage the Y for them selve.
Because it is less crowded then Fayetteville for the EGYM. The only thing that I would also communicate is the Manlius Y need more parking space and more space for the EGYM and cardio machines (more machines would be nice too).
It has a convenient location, the staff are friendly, the yoga classes are quite good, there is enough exercise equipment that I can get a workout done in a timely manner on most days. The presence of children playing enlivens the whole building.
I love the new weight lifting- my training was perfect and I enjoy the set up!
The yoga classes and instructors are excellent and there are different levels depending on what you prefer; gentler restorative or more challenging and flowing. The staff is always courteous and helpful. I also appreciate the sauna .
