Monika is an excellent trainer. I love the location. The Manlius Y has a more gym vibe which I really like. The addition of new egym machines and moving the cardio equipment near the turf is great. I hope they continue to update the facility and add new equipment.
The Gentle Yoga class was good, effective.

I go to Manlius for EGYM because Fayetteville can be very crowded. It is closer to my house and usually not crowded - right now I think they need more space and bring back more cardio equipment, hopefully that is the plan.
I play tennis at the Manlius Y. The staff is always pleasant, welcoming and efficient. The courts are clean and in good order, as is the women's locker room. This is a great place.
NEARBY, NOT TOO BIG, EASY TO NEGOTIATE.
PARKING LOT CAN BE BUSY. NOT SURE IF THAT COULD BE ADDRESSED.

Staff is friendly facility generally meets my needs although some equipment not functioning for instance, only one recumbent bike. Instructors are great especially Elena and Briindiie.
I really enjoy the environment. I'm an early bird so getting there at 5:30 AM really works for me. I live nearby, so I can get a good workout in without breaking up my day.
It's small! I'm usually greeted upon entry. Easy parking.

well they are my home away from home...I'm there at least 4 days every week...the premise is always immaculate, well run, and with a pleasant over all environment...
The Staff! Your greetings, assistance etc. the first person to greet you is important in any business. The courts are beautiful. The reservation system is superior. Very clean facility. Dress in layers it can be cool.
