My husband and I regularly use the track for walking and running. We also use the stationary bikes. Additionally, I attend a couple of the classes each week and occasionally use free weights.
One suggestion ... many of the body bars in the group exercise classroom are in bad shape with ripped coverings, etc. They have been like this for months. Hopefully, new ones will arrive soon.

We love your pools, especially the Activity Pool and the Lazy River - our grandson calls it the "Mario Kart of pools!" The staff is always helpful and friendly, and the locker rooms and showers are clean and modern.
I always feel welcomed by the staff. I love the facilities and all that is offered in the way of programs to manage your health. Facilities are always clean and meet all my needs. It is a great place to take your kids and introduce them to all the programs to build a healthy life.
The staff is friendly, the facility is clean and the lap pool temperature is nice and cool.

Is their a parents night out? Evening events for kids? Etc.
I love all the people. Everyone is so friendly. The childcare workers are so nice and always have a smile when I walk in. If I ever need help I know I can ask anyone!
