Nice warm pool. Great YMCA. Lockers all work. Facilities are real good. One of my favorite Ys.

A variety of activities to do. And the number of new acquaintances I've made. The physical benefits are great but the emotional connections are even better
1) You have great programs although some of them are too ambitious for me. There's something for everyone! Your protection of your members is spectacular: this past Thursday I passed out in the sauna and was was treated immediately. Sauna for the well hydrated only!

This Y happens to be near my home, so I can attend frequently.
The coffee offered is also a nice perk. I can sit and chat with friends after workout.

Love the Water walking in the lazy river. But I do wish the pool area was warmer

The Northwest Family Y in Baldwinsville is simply the best Y my wife and I have ever been members of. Personally I have been a member of the YMCA in Rome, NY, Poughkeepsie, NY, Rochester, NY and Clifton Park, NY, and they were all good as I love YMCA's above other fitness centers, but this Y is so much more. We love it. Possibly the only thing I do miss is a good Hot Tub. However, none of the other Y's I mentioned had a Lazy River! And that's the best ever for our grandchildren, when they visit from other cities. We Love our Northwest Family Y
