Conveniently located - with two choices for visiting. The pool is available for those who wish to swim. Those that want to have aerobic exercise can choose either location.

I always get a great workout, when I’m there
I moved to Fayetteville this past November, and joined the Y in December. I love the convenience and the hours that the pool is open which has allowed me to start up my lap swimming after being away from swimming for some time due to COVID and the closing if Caz College. I am 80 and I know swimming on a regular basis is very important and I am feeling much better. Everyone I have met has been exceptionally nice, and cooperative.
