My Terminix representative is a gentleman by the name of James Armstrong. He couldn’t be more professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating as he always calls in advance to let me know that he’s going to treat my home.
There are plenty of pest treatment outfits out there but Mr. Armstrong is the reason I have stayed two contracts with Terminix.
Please note that Mr. Armstrong is not a family relative of mine.
The technician was friendly and efficient. The products used seem to work as any bugs I see are few and far between.
The man Barry was very professional...I would prefer to have the same person that I trust and not a different person everytime.

From the person who answers the local phone calls to the man who has come to spray my house every few months, everybody has been knowlegeable, helpful and friendly.
