I like that I’m dealing with the same people especially when it comes to those who treat my home. I like that when a follow up is needed it is prompt and for the most part, treatment is effective. Terminix is more expensive than what several neighbors use so keep tight on the cost.

I liked that I could trust Barry to enter my residence without my needing to be there and that he would do a thorough service. I am disappointed that Barry is being moved to another area and will no longer be “my guy.” Let’s hope this new arrangement works out for Terminix and me. I had previously warned that if ever Barry was removed from my location I would terminate my contract with Terminix, so we shall see.
