I called for first time service and Mr Kevin came out within a few hours. He was very thorough explaining what he was going to do and how to treat. He also let me know that if we needed him to come back before the scheduled visit, that he’d happy to come out. We have seen 100% improvement since the day he came out. You send reminders when service is due. Always get the same technician (Gregg) who is familiar with our house and are needs. He also always arrives promptly at the appointment time. He works efficiently and is courteous and friendly. If we ever have additional issues (which rarely happens) he always responds promptly to resolve the problem.
