I like the reliability of having a person that I know and trust (Greg) in my home. I like the responsiveness of the office when I need any follow up treatments or have any concerns. I’ve been with Terminex for seven years and the people I bought my home from were with them before that. I’m the type that likes my business relationships to be stable and feel like actual relationships. Terminix is a bit more expensive than some alternatives but as long as they meet my expectations I do recommend them. The results are what I expect.

So this is definitely not my first time using Terminex always have like the best service people that come to the house. They were so accommodating I needed to change my appointment around and they were able to let me pick who I wanted to come to the house because of the illness that I had, Derrick is absolutely the best technician that comes a house. My dogs love on my kids love them. You couldn’t ask for a friendly guy. He’s very sufficient very professional. I highly recommend Terminix but I definitely highly recommend Derrick.
