My service provider (Parker) listens to my concerns and treats appropriately. He contacts me personally to set up treatment times and answers text in a timely manner. If there is an issue, he returns to take care of the problem.

Our tech, Nikki, is always willing to work around our schedule. She can fit us in, whenever it's convenient for us. Our house is free of bugs & rodents, due to the constant treatments, & the thorough job done by thier techs. We were on Vacation last yr, and a spider had built a web, over our camera. We texted Nikki, to ask if she could help out, in any way. She went that day & cleared the web, so the camera, would stop alarming. That's just 1 time she had helped, there have been many. Every tech we've ever had, has been the same way.
