Treatments are apparently effective as we have very rare issues with bugs. My only complaint is the cost. Each visit runs from $65 to $100 on top of the annual contract cost. Also, one tech punched thru a lawn sprinkler line with a termite bait station, costing us for repair and very high water bills for several months. However, Terminix paid for the repair! They were quick to reimburse us, did not argue, and were so pleasant to deal with.

Ron is probably the 3rd or 4th tech we have had and every one of them was exceptional. Ron always lets us know why he is here and what he will do and asks after he's done if there are any other problems we might have.
We would recommend Terminix to anyone who wants exceptional service.
They do what they promise, they show up as needed,they get rid of your pests.

The service was very good. The gentleman that had did my place was very nice and he took his time and did a good job on it and everything turned out good. I think next time when I’m in the area I’m just gonna have them hit it one more time it’s a used house that I bought, but I wanna make sure the rugs are clean, but the gentleman that did it did a very good job and I would hire them again. Thank you for your services.
