Would like to see more online integration for scheduling, payments, etc (portal). This seems to be the only "weak link" but emails back and forth with the Myrtle Beach office has been working fine. It's 2026 so I think people would expect a bit more "tech" to be built in to the service like most companies have done these days. Very minor but thought I'd mention it.

I enjoy when our technician from Terminix, Josh, comes for our annual inspection. It is comforting to see the same friendly face at every visit. It speaks volumes that Terminix must treat their employees fairly well to instill loyalty, especially in a vacation resort environment.
Josh is always professional and explains what he is going to do, and if he has found signs of termites. Fortunately, once again, there weren't any signs, either inside or outside!
I'll gladly recommend Terminix and suggest they ask for Josh in Myrtle Beach.
