Chris from Terminix has been so helpful! She came out and bombed my house for my Kitty Kitty who was critically ill from fleas, which I couldn't see but saw him scratching but didn't know why. Treatments are apparently effective as we have very rare issues with bugs. My only complaint is the cost. Each visit runs from $65 to $100 on top of the annual contract cost. Also, one tech punched thru a lawn sprinkler line with a termite bait station, costing us for repair and very high water bills for several months. However, Terminix paid for the repair! They were quick to reimburse us, did not argue, and were so pleasant to deal with.

Ron is probably the 3rd or 4th tech we have had and every one of them was exceptional. Ron always lets us know why he is here and what he will do and asks after he's done if there are any other problems we might have.
We would recommend Terminix to anyone who wants exceptional service.
