The tech who comes to our home (Justin Jones) is a friendly, engaging, down-to-Earth man who I am sure is very conscientious in doing his job for us.
Without me putting two and two together, he asked if I wanted him to not spray above our herb garden, as we eat those herbs, and of course I told him not to -- but holding off on spraying there had not occurred to me until he asked the question.
I don’t have to worry about bugs anymore. Technicians are always on time and very courteous.

Customer Service at most companies has vanished. Not with Eric or Terminex. Eric goes out of his way every visit in the ungodly heat to perform his job. He is the best!
