I love that when I call the offices, there is always a customer service professional that answers the phone with kindness, care and product knowledge. The technicians and service reps are always on time for the planned service calls and always walk me through the process. They answer all my questions without any hesitation and do a great job of not disturbing anything in my home.

They do what they say they are going to do every single visit. Always seem to go above and beyond, and are very detailed about services provided and products/chemicals used.

My Terminix Representative (David) comes and asks me what all needs to be sprayed and since he is the one that comes all of the time, I tell him to do the usually places that he normally does and if there is anything else that needs spraying extra, I tell him. He does an excellent job.
