I’m not sure exactly how long we’ve been with Terminix but to this day we are very pleased with their services and they stand by their Pest and Termite agreements to the fullest.
Our son has a contract as well since approximately 2012 and experienced an issue with Termites in progress attempting to dine on the floor beams of their home.
A technician arrived, drilled holes through the concrete pad, injected termite solutions into each hole and sealed them. Along the outside along the foundation the technician dug s trench footing and dispersed the same solutions along a distance at least 12’ and refilled the trench, raked it all even to point it wasn’t noticeable at all.
No invoice was submitted other than complete statement describing the entire event.
So yes, we recommend Terminix.
