I appreciate the professionalism and responsiveness of the technicians and the office staff. Living in a 94 year old house in an historic district comes with some challenges for pest control, and termite protection. I’ve depended on Terminix for many years and trust the advice I’ve received and the effectiveness of the pest treatments and termite inspections.
I like the fact that the service professionals are assigned to a specific area, and in my experience I can depend on seeing the same person for my pest treatments and inspection for at least several years. My current service professional is Stone Gouge and I am so pleased with how helpful and responsive he is. For example, with the mosquito spraying he makes sure to avoid the rose garden, and encourages me to call if I have any problems between his service visits. He has also been successful in mitigating my mice problem and of course keeping the insects at bay.
I do not hesitate to recommend Terminix to any of my friends.
