I had a really great experience with Jeremiah. First of all, he was proactive and approached us while servicing our neighbors yard, asking if we needed any services as he was working just next door. I called him back one evening after several weeks and asked him a couple of questions before he suggested coming over to discuss the services directly at my house. He arrived after only around 20m and clearly explained everything and answered my questions. I decided to purchase a service immediately. I was able to sign up in a few minutes and then he even did the first service the same evening. He was happy to work even as it was getting dark. He let me know when he was finished and when he would be back the next time as well as how the billing works. Thanks a lot, Jeremiah, I appreciate your service and the easy way of working with you.
