Quick, easy, professional
We apologize for incorrectly giving Willie a bad review the other day. He phoned to tell me that when he came by last week if was not for a service call for cleaning cob webs and we were unaware of that. He did come by Monday for the other service and honestly he could have done better. I am sitting in my den looking at four windows that still have spider webs in the corner - not sure about any other room at this point. It seems he could be a little more observant and take his time so as not to overlook details like this. Thanks!
My memory is a little rough, but I believe the technicians on my 7/22/25 visit were Lee and Jeff. They performed a very thorough inspection and job. They were polite and professional. I hope that you will pass this along to these valuable service technicians. They are an asset to Terminex.

Angelo is the absolute best - he is careful with our home and always so friendly and concerned that we have no bugs/pests. Since using him, we rarely see a Palmetto Bug, spider, ant, etc in our home.

Larry always does a very good job taking care of the outside, cleaning all the cobwebs, spraying and putting out insecticide. This time he did the under-house inspection and found a leak in one of our pipes. We are so grateful that he found it and called us to tell us. We were not home at the time. He went the extra mile!
