I set the appointment and on the day that they are scheduled I get a “heads up” from my technician Douglas that he is en-route and what time he will be at my home! Also he gives me a rundown of what all he did and asks if there are any additional concerns! I’m looking forward to dealing with him on my scheduled quarterly visits!

My tech always checks in at the beginning of my appointment and does a wonderful job inside and out.
