Jason is such a kind and understanding technician. He listens to the exact problems we are experiencing inside of our home with ants and takes the time to trace the trail back to the nest. He explains everything he found and what he did to remedy the solution to get rid of them. He also found a small water leak from our downstairs bathroom in the crawlspace and what an extra thing to explain to us as this could save us lots of money from our water bill that we wouldn't know was happening underneath our home hade he not noticed it and let us know. Terminix of Monroe has been great to us for well over 10 years now!

Although you guys have amazing service that is not the best part about what I found. My favorite part about you all service is the technician I met initially. She's been servicing us for a season. This is the second year that we have renewed and I'm pleased to have the same technician. Her name is jennifer, and she services the monroe north carolina area, and she's simply amazing!
