Sorry for the delay in sending this. It is not a reflection on the service Michael performed. He has examined our home/the baits for the last couple years. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and doesn't mind my watching him. I like to see what baits the ants are concentrated at. He answers my qustions with patience and makes suggestions on additional treatments available to us. It is nice to know the baits offer 24/7 protection to our home.
