David was very professional and took the time to answer my questions, and offer ideas of his own. He dealt with a pest problem (wasps) that was a concern of mine. He also returned to follow-up and offered additional service when they returned.

My technician Ann Andrews is wonderful!!! She is always so helpful and extremely knowledgeable about any concerns I may have. I have learned so much from Ann. She educates her customers regarding different pests that look like each other but are very different. I am constantly learning new things from Ann. She is most definitely an asset to Terminix.
